What is the process for finding employees through A-Line Staffing Solutions?

Our search and recruitment efforts begin immediately. A-Line Staffing Solutions will interview you so we can find the best person for you. By clearly understanding your needs and the requirements of the position, we can select the best candidates.

You will be asked to provide wage information, as well as a job description for the position, and we will ask that you tell us about your “ideal” candidate.

How long will it take to fill our open position?

The time frame for successfully finding an employee for you is going to vary based on your specific needs. We are committed to sending the most qualified applicants. Some positions are harder to fill than others, but we have the resources to find talent that would otherwise be hidden.

By using the temporary-to-hire program from A-Line Staffing Solutions, the hiring risk is out of your hands. If you are not satisfied with an employee, we can replace them. Since you will not have made the commitment of adding them onto your payroll, you won’t be responsible for any costs associated with terminating an employee. We cover workers’ compensation and unemployment costs.
