What do I pay for your services?

As a job seeker, you will not pay for any of the services A-Line Staffing Solutions provides.

How can I stay informed about open positions?

Some of our positions will be posted on our website. You can also create a search agent on our job board, which will can customize search criteria and notify you when a matching job is posted.

How do I apply to A-Line Staffing Solutions?

Take a look at our job board here. If you find a position that you like and qualify for, just click on the “Apply Online” button. Your resume and profile will go directly to a staffing manager who is trained in your field.

Where and when do I send my timesheet?

To ensure timely processing of payroll, all employees are required to send timesheets to our corporate office by 9 a.m. EST every Monday. You can either fax to 877.782.3444 or email to timesheet@alinestaffing.com.

Some clients require the use of electronic time keeping. If you are working for one of these clients, your staffing manager will send you instructions as part of your first-day confirmation. If you need new instructions, just send a request to hr@alinestaffing.com.

Can I sign up for direct deposit?

Yes, we encourage every employee to sign up for direct deposit. Direct deposit is fast, reliable, and good for the environment.

How do I update my address?

Please complete our address change form and fax or email to payroll. Please consult with your staffing manager if you have questions.

Who do I contact if I cannot make it to a scheduled shift?

Please contact your staffing manager as soon as you know you will not be able to make it to a shift. We require at least four hours’ notice. You may be required to call your site manager as well. Your staffing manager will let you know the procedure for the client you are working at.

Can I receive benefits?

Yes, with A-Line Staffing Solutions, you are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, vision, short term disability, and life benefits. If you do not elect benefits upon hire, you will have to wait until the next open enrollment period. Our open enrollment is typically in April. You will receive information by email when that time is approaching. Please contact your staffing manager or human resources for more information.

How do I request days off?

To request days off, notify your staffing manager at A-Line Staffing and then contact your site manager. Please note: it is not guaranteed that your request will be granted. After receiving approval, please notify your staffing manager.

How often are pay periods?

A-Line Staffing Solutions’ pay day is Friday. The majority of employees are paid on a bi-weekly basis. In our healthcare division, nursing and respiratory professionals are paid weekly. If you’re not sure or have questions, please contact your staffing manager to confirm your pay cycle.
