During a job interview, hiring managers often ask about your strengths and weaknesses.

By responding to this question, you will have the chance to give an example of how you use your strengths to shine and how you work to correct any shortcomings that are relevant to the job.

How to Address Your Strengths & Weaknesses:

Strengths:
Use the job description to frame your answer- Ensure that you highlight your skills that are listed in the job description.
